molly's guide to cyberpunk gardening: responsive edition

I think my Web site is fun to look at:

my Web site

However, to make it fun to look at, I had to stuff it to the gills with HTML and CSS and Images and similar discontents. It is not mobile-friendly. It probably never will be.

So here is a responsive, mobile-friendly version that is also readable on Gopher and Gemini. You're welcome.

what is cyberpunk gardening?

basic principles:

1. tech can't save us from ourselves.

this is a basic tenet of cyberpunk: tech can't save us from what is endemic to human nature.

2. if tech can't save us from ourselves, tech can't deprive us of ourselves either.

if something in human nature evades resolution by tech, then it also evades oppression by tech.

3. that in us which tech cannot oppress or save is the ground of our humanity.

it is the soil in which we cultivate ourselves. it is the land upon which we make our stand. it is our home.

(the tl;dr version, for curious readers)

think of this Web site as your garden center:

the library

contains links to books, music, video, games, and such. whatever seems promising.

the feral house

is full of my writing on cyberpunk gardening, if you're into that sort of thing.

the woods

are a blog/phlog/gemlog. if you prefer your wood uncut. (blog hosted on smol.pub.)

there's also a lot of weird random silly stuff lying about - odd photos, random quotes, and so on. the apocalypse needs a good laugh.
